I agree, and I think that he should also get the runner up for "[Salik] has been widely appreciated by motorists."
If you would look at the revenue he is looking at or imagning while commenting then you would also say it is a success.
Who bothers if he has to generate that revenue by blocking all other entry and exit points or by creating diversions just to provide free way to few cars and then blocking all other roads of the city due to that.
Salik is good for one car then it is a success, Salik is generating money as they expected then it is a success.
